BARC (Bismarck Area Republic Council)

BARC meets on the first Thursday of every month, except July, at 12 noon at the Bismarck Elks Club on the Lodge floor.

BARC is an organization that raises money through R-100 Club and supports local candidates. All Republicans are invited to attend the meetings. Each district has three elected voting representatives.

BARC sponsors the annual Lincoln Day Dinner and is the organizer of the State Convention when it is held in Bismarck.
