SAFE Coalition will sponsor a Legislator/Candidate Forum on Tuesday, August 31, 2010, at 5:30 PM at the NDSU Alumni Center Atrium. Our goal is to inform our Cass County state lawmakers about Saving Lifes, Saving Money, our Measure 3 state tobacco prevention plan and how those resources are being invested. We also hope to gain support for both passing a state smoke-free law, and increasing the state tobacco tax. All legislators, legislative candidates, along with Cass County Board of Health are invited to an appetizer/dessert social and a short presentation.
