Emineth Re-elected
by North Dakota Republican Party

Bismarck - Republican Party Chairman Gary Emineth is confident that North Dakota will send Republican representation to Washington D.C. On Saturday after being re-elected to serve another term as Party Chairman Emineth set his sights on the 2010 elections.  The North Dakota Republican Party held elections for all of its officers on Saturday afternoon at the Ronald Reagan Republican Center in Bismarck, ND.

“It has been 50 years since Republicans in North Dakota have held majorities in both the State House and Senate and occupied all 12 partisan constitutional offices”, said Emineth. “Republican leadership in North Dakota provided our state with a billion dollar surplus. It’s high time we take that same strong Republican leadership that North Dakota has benefited from to our Nation’s Capital so our citizen’s values are truly represented.”

Also on Saturday, Carma Hanson of Grand Forks was elected to serve as the Vice Chairwoman and Stan Stein of Wahpeton was re-elected to serve as Vice Chairman.  Robert Harms of Bismarck was elected to serve as Party Treasure and Kyle Handegard of Fargo was re-elected as the Party’s secretary.
