The District 28 Republican Party will hold a picnic at the Hoskins Lake Park just west of Ashley, North Dakota on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at 2:30 PM. All Republicans in the District 28 area are invited, as are all Republican state candidates running in the 2010 General Election.
